Statistically buyers pay more for homes that have professional pictures verse pictures taken by amateurs. Statistically homes with professional pictures garnish substantially more on-line views.
Buyers have consistently rated photographs as the most useful tool in their home search. Hiring me to take your pictures will give you consistent quality results and will save you time. High quality photos create a large emotional impact on buyers.
I use high end cameras, an assortment of high end lenses including an ultra wide 10mm lens. I use a tripod and multiple off camera flash units to get the lighting just right.

What I charge
For those that are members of a local MLS board your first order will be half price.
Standard MLS Listing (25 photos)
Up to 25 photos. Every picture will be taken personally by Jerry Dallons. Every photo will be enhanced in Light Room and/or Photoshop to bring out the best in the qualities of the home.
Deluxe MLS Listing (40 pictures)
Up to 40 photos. Every picture will be taken personally by Jerry Dallons. Every photo will be enhanced in Light Room and/or Photoshop to bring out the best in the qualities of the home.
How it works:
You contact me by filling out the 'Contact Page' below. You provide the information on the form and I'll take it from there. I will send you a PayPal link for payment. Once payment is received a date will be scheduled for the pictures, typically this all can happen with a few hours. Turnaround time for completed photos is typically within 24 hours.
Normally I'll spend 1 to 2 hours on-site to take the pictures and then 2 - 3 hours of post processing to enhance each photo. I pride myself on getting good exposures that are well composed. Each picture is then cropped and color corrected. I know when a picture looks good and I never go over the edge where something looks 'cooked'. I prefer pictures that look good but are realistic. Along with travel time the basic order takes me about 4 - 6 hours to complete. I do not charge travel fees so long as the home is located from the city of San Luis Obispo north to Southern Monterey county.
As a Broker I have a lock box key so you may choose to be there or not. I can call the seller directly and schedule the time/date or meet you at the home at an agreed upon time. I ask for the home to be clean and ready for my handy work.
